Exterior Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Restoration Supervisor with proven experience in rope descent systems (RDS) and industrial rope access (SPRAT or IRATA Level 1 or higher). This role is ideal for someone who can lead teams on-site, ensure safety compliance, manage project schedules, and maintain client relationships — all while working at heights and navigating complex access scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site crews, including rope access technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper use, inspection, and documentation of rope descent systems and safety gear.
• Conduct and enforce site safety meetings, inspections, and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and personnel scheduling.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and communicate with project managers and clients.
• Solve issues on-site and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a superintendent or field supervisor in commercial construction.
• Proven experience with RDS and rope access systems is required.
• SPRAT or IRATA certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, especially regarding rope descent and fall protection.
• Ability to read construction drawings, schedules, and specs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.

● Valid Driver's License (must have reliable transportation to and from job sites)

● Able-bodied and physically fit for labor-intensive work

● Experience in High-Rise Construction

● Experience with general construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures

● Ability to work at heights and in challenging environmental conditions

Preferred:

• Experience with high-rise façade restoration, exterior caulking, painting, or window replacement.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
