Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing human capital initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws, and supporting organizational development. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations within a fast-paced environment. The HR Generalist will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture while streamlining HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to support performance management initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and leave management such as FMLA and ADA accommodations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements.
  • Lead change management projects related to organizational design.
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing conflicts effectively and promoting positive communication across teams.
  • Support training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
  • Assist with HR sourcing strategies and data collection for strategic planning purposes.
  • Maintain accurate data entry while ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate on succession planning efforts and assist in implementing performance management frameworks aligned with organizational goals.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a strong understanding of human capital management practices.
  • Familiarity with employment & labor law compliance including OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational design.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to manage conflict resolution professionally.
  • A background in administrative support within HR functions is advantageous. This role offers an engaging environment for professionals passionate about shaping workplace culture through strategic HR initiatives while supporting the overall success of the organization.
  • A background in 245D licensing requirements is strongly preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

  • Full cycle recruiting: 2 years (Required)
  • Staff training: 2 years (Preferred)
