Are you a passionate, energetic team player? Whitecaps FC is seeking a 'Caps Cube Driver to bring our mobile fan experiences to life. You'll drive the 'Caps Cube trailer to matchdays and events, and lead onsite activations to connect with fans through engaging experiences.
What We're Looking For

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Street Team operations, providing guidance, task delegation, and coaching to ensure smooth event execution.
- Uphold Whitecaps FC policies, including safety, crowd management, and guest experience standards.
- Transport, set up, and maintain activation equipment, ensuring trailers and event materials are always event-ready.
- Support event logistics, crowd engagement, and troubleshooting, meeting all load-in/out and travel deadlines.
- Represent the Whitecaps brand professionally at events and maintain accurate travel and vehicle records, including occasional overnight trips.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and be able to provide a current driver's abstract upon request.
- Must be a flexible to work weekday shifts as early as 5:00pm; and weekends holidays during the day and evening, including most Vancouver Whitecaps FC matchdays
- Ability to have a flexible schedule, as live events change and get added, can change own schedule to meet the live event needs.
- Applies strong critical thinking skills to assess situations, make sound decisions, and resolve challenges effectively.
- Must have a good knowledge of the game of soccer
- Ability to take direction and show initiative in fast past environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work with professional and enthusiasm
- Brand ambassador experiences (or equivalent) are required for this role.
