Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$92,310 - $124,890Project management expertise rewardedManage medium-sized, moderately complex corporate-level projects that span across divisions and require strong project management skills.
You'll use your passion for collaboration to lead medium- to high-risk projects that involve up to 10 stakeholders and have a moderate degree of change management and executive visibility.
What you'll do:
Lead detailed project planning, execution and closing activities
Manage stakeholders through projects
Manage risk to protect project success
Participate as a subject matter expert to ensure continuous improvement of the methodology, standards and processes used in FCC's Project Management Office
Provide mentorship and coaching to sponsors, project team members, stakeholders and developing Project Managers
What we're looking for:
An organized multi-tasker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Confident decision-maker with insight into stakeholder management
Team player and collaborator who is dedicated to helping others succeed
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex project details to stakeholders at all levels
What you'll need:
A bachelor's degree in business administration or commerce and at least six years of business experience, including at least three years in a project management role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
PMP certification
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to coach others in their application
