What you'll do:

• Lead detailed project planning, execution and closing activities

• Manage stakeholders through projects

• Manage risk to protect project success

• Participate as a subject matter expert to ensure continuous improvement of the methodology, standards and processes used in FCC's Project Management Office

• Provide mentorship and coaching to sponsors, project team members, stakeholders and developing Project Managers

• Team player and collaborator who is dedicated to helping others succeed

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex project details to stakeholders at all levels

What you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or commerce and at least six years of business experience, including at least three years in a project management role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

• PMP certification

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to coach others in their application
