ROLE: Millwright/Mechanic

REPORTS TO: Production Manager

Skills & experience 

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in dairy, liquid or similar food and beverage-type transformation processes

• You have experience working closely with a team to fix and solve equipment issues. 

• You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills 

• You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) 

Nice-to-Have

• Computer skills would be an asset.
• Experience working with a CMMS would be an asset
• Familiar with continuous improvement processes and methodologies would be an asset.

things you will do…

• Improve equipment performance and reliability. 

• Repair and maintain equipment (processors, homogenizers, pasteurizers, packaging, etc)

• Lead local management of parts for projects and coordinate contractors' activities as required.

• Check shipment when they arrive and contact suppliers for any issues or inquiries 

other… 

• Night Shift 11pm to 7am 

• Must be flexible in terms of shift work and perform other duties as required.

• Physically capable of performing the demands of the job.
