Role:
We are currently looking for a Hatchery Administrator to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is detailed oriented, good with computers, can multitask and who thrives in a team-oriented environment. This position is Monday-Friday. Responsibilities

Payroll editing (daily)

Invoicing (daily)

Mail (daily)

Updating weekly planner and placements

Reporting and Spreadsheets

Order confirmations

Provide customer service

Maintain inventory control

Process Month End counts and reconciliations

All other tasks as assigned

Requirements

2-3 years' previous experience in an admin role required

Proficient in Excel and Word

Payroll experience considered an asset

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Outstanding attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks is a must

Initiative

Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment, as well as independently

Adaptability

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Must be able to multi-task and possess strong organization skills
