We are actively recruiting enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our dynamic warehouse team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is critical to our fulfillment operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately assembled and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for identifying and retrieving specific items from warehouse shelves, meticulously packing them according to our high standards, and ensuring they are ready for dispatch. Utilizing RF scanners and adhering to precise packing instructions are key aspects of this position. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency are essential for success. We maintain a strong focus on a safe working environment, and all employees must diligently follow safety protocols and consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves regular physical activity, including prolonged standing and walking, and the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick tickets.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and meet productivity standards.
- Commitment to following safety regulations and wearing required PPE.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small items.
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
