About
We are seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our expanding operations in Los Angeles, California. This role is at the heart of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking products from inventory, meticulously packing them according to specifications, and preparing them for shipment. This involves using handheld scanners, working with order management systems, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of every order. Your contribution is vital to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This dynamic role requires a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order manifests.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Package items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Label packages correctly for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Contribute to process improvements for enhanced logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Dependable and punctual.
