About
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your duties will include receiving, processing, and storing incoming inventory, accurately picking and packing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Utilize scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
