Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and preparing them for shipment by packing them securely. This role demands precision and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. We maintain a strong focus on workplace Safety, requiring all employees to follow established procedures and wear appropriate PPE. The job involves consistent physical activity, including bending, reaching, and Lifting. Candidates must be capable of Lifting up to 50 pounds. We offer comprehensive training for all aspects of the role, so previous experience is not strictly required, but a strong work ethic is essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders from warehouse locations based on system guidance.
- Verify order contents and quantities against requirements.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for transit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing station and work area.
- Follow all company Safety rules and guidelines.
- Wear required PPE at all times during operations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety.
