This is a crucial role in our logistics operation, ensuring that the right products get to the right places on time. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for navigating the warehouse using RF scanners or pick sheets, locating items, and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact our customer satisfaction. We are committed to a safe and productive work environment, and all employees are required to adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and Lifting. Successful candidates will be able to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required as we provide comprehensive training. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or RF scanner data.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping containers to prevent damage.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize PPE as required for specific tasks.
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas.
- Operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics is preferred.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
