As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient processing and shipment of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using a scanning device.
  • Inspect items for damage before packing and shipping.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety .
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure all shipments are processed correctly and on time.
  • Wear required PPE at all times.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals in our fast-paced logistics operation.
