Join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as a Picker/Packer! We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy to support our expanding logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our inventory and preparing them for shipment, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be key to our success in this fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is fundamental to our order fulfillment process and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Pick items from warehouse shelves using order lists and RF scanners.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Package a variety of items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse procedures is a plus.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
