We provide all necessary PPE to ensure your safety during your shifts. The ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting is essential for many of the tasks involved in this role. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Stock inventory in designated locations accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with efficiency and precision.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock taking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to logistics and warehousing.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of the job.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must be able to work shifts as scheduled, including potential overtime.
