  • Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
  • Stock inventory in designated locations accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with efficiency and precision.
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with stock taking.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to logistics and warehousing.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of the job.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Must be able to work shifts as scheduled, including potential overtime.
