Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick assigned items from warehouse shelves using pick sheets or scanning technology.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for the packing and shipping departments.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Report any stock inaccuracies or damaged goods to management.
- Participate in regular inventory checks.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear designated PPE.
- Meet productivity goals for order picking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of Lifting objects weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Reliable transportation.
