Join our growing warehouse team in Raleigh, North Carolina, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to contribute to our daily logistics operations. This role involves a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding our high standards for safety and quality. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and reporting.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts (if trained) and pallet jacks.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE.
