Position Details:
Located in Woodstock, Ontario
Full-Time, permanent
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Required to work in office a minimum of 3 days per week
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Develop project charters, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot process/ business issues, work flows, productivity capacity and create process documentation
Utilize AI to automate routine work, improve planning accuracy and support decision making
Drive process mapping to define "As-Is Analysis" and the transition to future state
Facilitate SMARTGoal meetings, capture discussion and decision, publish minutes and lead debrief meeting
Seek and evaluate process improvement materials, and methods to match specific organizational needs as outlined by management, and adapts them to use in the execution of process improvement events
Coach, counsel and train managers and employees to apply, support, sustain and develop a continuous improvement culture
Leverage best practices gained through Project Management activities to other activities which would benefit from implementation
Any other duties may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
PMP designation preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited University, or equivalent
3+ years of a proven track record showcasing project management experience across cross-functional and/or technical projects
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Project Management
Experience in telecommunications would be an asset
