As a Client Care Specialist, you'll bring your empathetic nature and cheerful disposition to ensure exceptional customer relations. You'll be the key to seamless communication and resolving escalated issues. Based in the vibrant Old Port of Montreal, we seek candidates who are driven to maintain genuine and loyal relationships with our clients while supporting our collaborative team.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage daily post-shooting client support operations (calls, emails, follow-ups).
  • Coordinate the production, editing, manufacturing, and delivery of client orders between all involved parties.
  • Ensure fair, timely, and brand-aligned resolutions (refunds, reshoots, credits, exceptions).
  • Maintain a high standard of empathy, discretion, and professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Monitor client database and performance through KPIs (response time, resolution rate, client satisfaction).
  • Work closely with studio teams, photographers, sales, and production to resolve issues end-to-end.
  • Share client insights and recurring feedback to improve the overall photoshoot experience.

Requirements

About You: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in customer experience, client services or customer success.
  • Strong problem-solving and mediation skills, with the ability to balance client needs and company objectives while finding effective solutions 
  • Proven ability to manage complex situations and client escalations with professionalism
  • Experience in driving positive, measurable and impactful changes to improve client and internal processes 
  • Highly organized, process-driven and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish and French is considered an asset. 
  • Proficient with technology and software, including Xero, Slack, Front, and Google suite. 
  • Eager to learn, and adaptable to change and stepping into new challenges
