Promote resident-centered care by assisting daily living activities administering medications monitoring patient health ensuring safety comfort dignity creating personalized care plans collaborating nursing healthcare teams maintaining accurate records providing excellent communication supporting residents families. Additional experience in long-term care is beneficial.
