We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (Pediatrics) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide expert speech therapy services to pediatric patients, supporting their communication development and overall well-being. *Duties*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs in pediatric populations
* Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and developmental stage
* Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions focused on improving articulation, language comprehension, voice, fluency, and social communication skills
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare providers to ensure cohesive support strategies
* Utilize current physiology knowledge and anatomy understanding to inform therapy approaches and track progress
* Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with medical terminology standards
* Participate in early intervention programs to support children during critical developmental periods
*Skills*
* Proven experience working with pediatric patients in school or clinical settings
* Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and pediatric physiology
* Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate and motivating approach
* Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments accurately and efficiently
* Solid understanding of medical terminology related to speech-language pathology
* Familiarity with anatomy knowledge relevant to speech production and swallowing functions
* Experience with early intervention programs is highly desirable for optimal success in this role

Pay: $38.12 - $45.91 per hour
