We’re solving real problems for patients and health systems—and growing fast. ⚕️ What You’ll Do as a Solutions Engineer
This role is a vital connection point between the customer and the integration team. The bulk of your time will be spent: Engaging with customers on calls at all stages of the product lifecycle from initial engagement to ongoing support.
Working closely with the engineers in the team to understand options that can be taken to customers.
Understanding the integration team technical estate and medical domain so that you can be the advocate for them on customer calls.
Supporting your engineering manager in managing the customers and their expectations.
Acting as the primary liaison and communication bridge between the customer and the engineering team, focusing on clear translation and expectation management rather than technical solution design.
✅ What Experience You’ll Bring to the Team
Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant) across the full product lifecycle.
Demonstrable experience collaborating with engineering teams to understand technical solutions and options on complex production applications.
Good understanding of integration technologies.
Experience working in a regulated medical/healthcare domain.
Experience working in a startup environment where there are multiple complex projects to manage and context switch between.
Experience translating complex technical and domain-specific information into clear, actionable advice for customers.
Familiarity with account management, expectation setting, and supporting a technical manager with client engagemen
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional communication and written skills for customer engagement and collaboration with the engineering team.
Proven ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
An understanding of the healthcare/medical domain and working in a compliant environment.
An understanding of web development paradigms including RESTful APIs (JSON, XML, SOAP) and authentication methods (oAuth/JWTs).
Knowledge of FHIR (R4) standards and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and their integration requirements
