Role Details Role: Design Manager
Location: Farringdon Head office
Rate/Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 all in
Projects: New Build Residential Projects
Duration: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP but can wait for notice period

Duties
Overseeing the design process using technical expertise.
Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met.
Reviewing designs with health and safety in mind.
Avoiding errors and reducing financial risk during construction
Requirements
Must have principal contractor residential experience
Previous experience in a Design Manager position
Reliable with a Strong work ethic
