Compensation: Hourly Base + Unlimited Commission

COMPENSATION for this location: 

• Training Pay : $20 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission) 
• Post-Training Pay : $13.50 per hour, plus uncapped commission % in commissions on monthly sales based on sales achievement vs goal – commission % increases as performance to goal increases.
