Practice Manager – Emergency Dental of America {Insert City Name}
Emergency Dental of America is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to oversee our {Insert City Name} location. This is a key leadership role responsible for guiding a high-performing team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the practice continues to grow both clinically and financially.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, patient flow, and overall performance of the practice.
- Lead, train, and mentor both clinical and administrative team members.
- Maintain accountability for financial goals, schedules, and production targets.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Uphold compliance with all company policies and regulatory standards.
- Foster teamwork, clear communication, and a professional, positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Must have 5–10 years of dental experience with at least 3–5 years as a dental assistant.
- Current {Insert State Here} RDA license (required).
- Proven leadership and management experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with Dentrix software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule — weekends are required .
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
