Practice Manager – Emergency Dental of America {Insert City Name}

Emergency Dental of America is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to oversee our {Insert City Name} location. This is a key leadership role responsible for guiding a high-performing team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the practice continues to grow both clinically and financially.

This position offers hands-on mentorship from experienced professionals committed to helping you grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, patient flow, and overall performance of the practice.
• Lead, train, and mentor both clinical and administrative team members.
• Maintain accountability for financial goals, schedules, and production targets.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Uphold compliance with all company policies and regulatory standards.
• Foster teamwork, clear communication, and a professional, positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must have 5–10 years of dental experience with at least 3–5 years as a dental assistant.
• Current {Insert State Here} RDA license (required).
• Proven leadership and management experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with Dentrix software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule — weekends are required .
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
