As a key member of our Information Services team , the Manager of Application Development & Support plays an integral role in driving the reliability, performance, and evolution of our internally built business applications. This position leads a talented technical team, collaborates closely with business stakeholders, and ensures that our applications deliver exceptional value and support to the organization.

This is a fully remote position.

The anticipated salary range for candidates is $150,000 - $160,000/ year . The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc.  Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states. 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor support analysts and technical team members.
  • Oversee application maintenance, enhancements, and lifecycle management.
  • Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Prioritize work, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with security and governance.
  • Drive process improvements, modernization, and automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years in application development or support; 2+ years in leadership.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and operational support practices.
  • Experience managing complex application environments.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and ITIL frameworks.
  • Experience with C# and/or Salesforce apex development.
