Your role as a Maintenance Supervisor

Key responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform a wide range of maintenance and repair activities to ensure the warehouse operates effectively and efficiently. Foster a professional culture on site and a strong commitment to Health & Safety, in line with company values.

Key Result Areas and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all equipment is used and maintained according to the supplier's guidelines. This includes conveyors, cranes, cooling systems, fire protection, freeze doors, oxygen reduction, and other installations.

• Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance tasks or repairs promptly and safely to minimize disruption to operations.

• Work within budget and achieve established KPIs.

• Follow the maintenance plan efficiently to minimize impact on operations while meeting or exceeding supplier guidelines.

• Lead and supervise the sanitation team to maintain site cleanliness and appearance.

• Complete all work safely and on schedule.

• Collaborate with equipment suppliers and/or contractors to ensure proper training of maintenance technicians.

• Establish internal reporting and communication as directed by the Site Manager.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of all equipment and contracts onsite, including cooling systems, oxygen reduction, dock doors, and others.

• Commit to ongoing self and team development through internal and external resources.

• Meet the physical demands of the Maintenance and Operator team roles.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

We are seeking motivated and forward-thinking individuals who thrive in collaborative and fast-moving environments. Our ideal candidate has:

Requirements:

12+ years of maintenance experience

5+ years of leadership experience

Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of automated machinery (conveyors, automated cranes, palletizers, trolleys)

Electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical knowledge

Knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens)

Associates degree preferred but not required

Physical Demands

* Must be in good physical condition

* Must be able to lift 50lbs

* Must be able to work effectively in a cold freezer environment

* Must be able to climb a 120ft ladder using a safety harness

* Will be required to wear an SCBA while working, requiring the employee to be clean-shaven
