As a Field Superintendent, you'll lead our maintenance crews, build strong client relationships, and ensure every property we manage meets the highest standards. This year-round role goes beyond Snow & Ice Management to include Landscape Maintenance and Landscape Enhancements & Construction Services, giving you opportunities to learn, grow, and expand your expertise.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor maintenance crews, ensuring top-quality results.
• Build positive relationships with clients and address their needs.
• Manage schedules, logistics, and safety standards.
• Oversee snow & ice operations and seasonal project enhancements.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in snow & ice management services (with at least 1 year in leadership).
• Strong communication and leadership
• Technologically savvy.
• Knowledge of snow removal, ice management, horticulture, turf, and landscape equipment.
• Valid driver's license & clean record.
