Job Summary

iJility is seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Payroll Coordinator (English/Spanish) to support payroll processing and workforce operations. This role ensures accurate and timely employee pay while providing bilingual support to employees, maintaining timekeeping records, and managing payroll and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Timekeeping

  • Review and correct employee timecards, missed punches, and attendance records
  • Approve daily timecards and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Process new hires, rehires, transfers, and terminations
  • Issue RapidPay cards and monitor employee pay status
  • Generate payroll reports including pay rates, live checks, and seniority

Onboarding & Employee Support

  • Conduct bilingual new hire orientations (English/Spanish)
  • Provide bilingual support for employee payroll, pay, PTO, and attendance inquiries
  • Maintain employee records and pending changes in payroll systems

Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain workforce rosters and job assignments
  • Generate and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel
  • Support recruiters and operations with employee status reporting

Compliance & Systems

  • Assist with accident/incident documentation and OSHA reporting
  • Support audits, supplies inventory tracking, and training requirements
  • Manage access requests for payroll and workforce systems

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Payroll or workforce administration experience preferred
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (Paylocity, Kronos, or similar)
  • Strong Excel and Outlook skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
