Part Time Sales Associate

Overview
Join our dynamic retail team as a Part Time Sales Associate specializing in cash register, nightly safe drops\deposits being able to engage with customers immediately and be able to communicate our services and ways for customers to spend and save money, delivering exceptional customer service while showcasing our exclusive products. Store hours are 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. Looking for about 10 to 30 hours per week, and I'm willing to accommodate your lifestyle and schedules Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will inspire shoppers, helping them find the perfect items and creating memorable shopping experiences. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, establishing a welcoming atmosphere that encourages engagement and loyalty
• Assist customers with product selections, providing detailed product demos and styling advice to enhance their shopping experience
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts processing
• Conduct merchandising and stocking activities to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards
• Promote upselling opportunities by recommending complementary products to maximize sales potential
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product rotation to keep the sales floor fresh and inviting

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales with strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively communicate product features
• May work solo most of the time. With lots of guidance and support from your team
• Strong merchandising skills with an eye for visual presentation and organization
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening and clear dialogue
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations such as discounts, totals, and change management
• Phone etiquette proficiency for professional remote interactions
• Experience in grocery store or similar retail environments is advantageous but not required
