Nocturnist – WellSpan York Hospital

Our clinically integrated network of 3,000 aligned physicians and advanced practice providers is dedicated to providing the highest quality and safety, inspiring our patients and communities to be their healthiest.

What You Can Expect At Your Practice

• Night shift schedule: Every other weekend, Thursday through Sunday, with start times between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM; 40 hours total over 4 nights.
• Collaborative team environment: Work alongside 3 Advanced Practice Providers and 3 physicians during night shifts.
• Inpatient floor coverage: Provide bedside evaluations, assist with codes, manage medication orders, and support all inpatient units (excluding ICU).
• High-volume setting: Average of 300 patients per night, offering a fast-paced and rewarding experience.
• Qualifications required: Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
