Office Manager

Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Part-Time Manager to help oversee daily operations at our clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced medical office environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-office operations
• Manage staff schedules and support team workflow
• Handle patient communication and ensure excellent customer service
• Assist with onboarding and training of staff
• Monitor inventory and office supplies
• Help ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures
• Communicate with providers and leadership as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous management or supervisory experience (medical or clinic setting preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software
• Medical office experience is a plus but not required

Work Schedule:

• Monday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
