Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Vincennes, IN. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, manage schedules, monitor planning processes, and support compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves providing leadership to team members, ensuring the effective coordination of tasks, addressing operational challenges, and fostering a productive and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage team members effectively
• Expertise in Production Schedules and Production Planning to optimize operational efficiency
• Proficient in Production Management, including maintaining quality and safety standards
• Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear correspondence between teams and leadership
• Additional qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field are advantageous
• Proven problem-solving abilities and commitment to continuous improvement (Kaizen) practices
• Experience working within the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred
