Now Hiring: Store Associate at Clearfork Market

Full-Time | 30–40 hours per week

Clearfork Market is a natural foods grocery and wellness market located in the heart of Parker County. We serve our community with a carefully curated mix of local farm products, organic and natural groceries, clean supplements, and trusted wellness goods — all guided by a farm-to-table, local-first philosophy.

We're looking for passionate, organized, and community-minded Store Associates to join our team and help us grow our mission.

We have two positions available:

• One with a Front-of-House (FOH) emphasis
• One with a Back-of-House (BOH) emphasis

Both roles will share some basic front and back-of-house responsibilities, but each has its own primary focus.

Position Details

• Position: Store Associate (FOH Emphasis or BOH Emphasis)
• Status: Full-Time (30–40 hours per week)
• Schedule: Weekdays and Saturdays

Front-of-House (FOH) Emphasis

Primary Focus: Customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, friendly environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with regulars
• Take customer orders and assist with product selections
• Educate customers on current sales, promotions, and featured products
• Learn and share basic product knowledge, especially around wellness and natural foods
• Operate the POS register accurately and efficiently
• Keep the front of the store clean, tidy, and inviting
• Front and straighten shelves so products look full and organized
• Assist with basic FOH and BOH tasks as needed (e.g., light stocking, grabbing product from back)

Back-of-House (BOH) Emphasis

Primary Focus: Inventory, receiving, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain back-of-house inventory and storage areas
• Follow First In, First Out (FIFO) practices for all products, especially perishables
• Monitor produce quality and appearance; pull and rotate as needed
• Check in delivery trucks and incoming orders for accuracy and quality
• Break down and organize product from shipments for stocking
• Support produce displays and cooler organization from the back
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized back-of-house environment
• Assist with basic BOH and FOH tasks as needed (e.g., stocking shelves, helping customers if needed)

Shared Responsibilities (Both FOH & BOH)

• Stock shelves and coolers with attention to organization, labeling, and attractive displays
• Help maintain overall store cleanliness and organization
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Communicate clearly with team members to support smooth daily operations
• Be flexible and willing to jump in where needed, whether front or back of house

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and a team-player mindset
• Ability to multitask and adapt to different responsibilities throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Comfortable with physical tasks (standing, lifting, stocking)
• Previous grocery or retail experience is appreciated but not required
• Interest in natural foods, wellness, and local products is a plus
