Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of yogurt-based treats, including frozen yogurt, smoothies, parfaits, and other specialty items.

2. Interact with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, helping them select flavors, toppings, and combinations to create their ideal treats.

3. Operate and maintain yogurt machines, ensuring they are clean and fully stocked with fresh ingredients at all times.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the service area, seating area, and preparation stations.

5. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing the cash register and following established cash handling procedures.

6. Monitor inventory levels and notify the manager when supplies need to be replenished.

7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer experiences.

8. Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.

9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including flavors, toppings, and promotional offerings, to provide accurate information to customers.

10. Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by the store manager.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.

2. A passion for creating delicious yogurt-based treats and providing exceptional customer service.

3. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.

5. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

6. Knowledge of health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.

7. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

8. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
