Are you passionate about caring for others? Do you want to make a difference in the lives of seniors? White Springs Senior Living is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our dedicated team

 Location: 349 Legion Dr, Warrenton, VA 20186
 Available Shifts:

Part Time:

• 2nd shift
• 3rd shift 

PRN:

All Shifts Flexible Pick up what fits with your Schedule

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, etc.
•  Help prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities
•  Provide assistance in the dining room – serving meals and clearing tables
•  Respond promptly to resident emergency call system
•  Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to supervisors
•  Communicate professionally with residents and families
•  Maintain required care documentation per state regulations
•  Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and room organization
•  Help answer phones as needed

Who We're Looking For

• CNA certification preferred, but PCA certification will also be accepted. (No certification? We offer an in-house training program for applicants with relevant experience)
• High School diploma or equivalent required
•  Must be at least 18 years old
•  Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries preferred
•  CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
•  Compassionate, professional, and dependable team player
