• Prepare and portion ingredients to recipe specifications.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.

• Assist with basic cooking and plating tasks as needed.

• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards consistently.

• Support the culinary team with daily prep and inventory.

• 1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred fine dining.

• Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen safety.

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
