Creating Magical Memories LLC (CMM) is a State Accredited home healthcare agency, passionate about serving families with unique challenges and creating magical memories. We have a growing client population of clients with behavior diagnosis and looking for an experienced, professional BCBA to join our team in a part-time, per diem role. This position is the perfect opportunity if you enjoy a flexible schedule. CMM is a State Accredited agency by the Georgia Department of Community Health and licensed by the state of Georgia.
$150 Sign on Bonus after 30 days
We have many clients with a primary diagnosis of autism, from age 8 through 20. Their care plan includes planning and developing behavioral intervention strategies for the child and family, as well as supervision by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or trained CNA.
Summary of Responsibilities
Responsibilities include evaluations of children with Autism, conducting functional behavioral and skills assessments in accordance with Medicaid guidelines and as outlined by GAPP policy manual, drawing up treatment plans and providing training and supervision to staff in accordance to requirements set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience
Must have expertise in the areas of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), autism, child development and training/supervision, experience performing or assisting in the following BCBA responsibilities, conducting skills assessments and/or functional analyses, program writing, data analysis, and creating behavior intervention plans.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must pass a background check and fingerprinting,
Education Requirements
Certified and maintain credentialing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA in good standing
Holds and maintains applicable state-level credentialing for practicing BCBAs in good standing
Meets Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) supervision requirements
Submit official transcripts for all Education/Certifications
**This position is a contract position. Caseload size and individual schedules are flexible and determined based on client needs.
Ability to work independently, complete assessments and provide excellent customer service to clients. In addition:
- Current CPR Certification
- Negative TB test
- Experience working with medically fragile patients and home healthcare
- Excellent bedside manner
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours
- we provide service in the following counties; Henry, Bibb, Clayton, Gwinnett, Fulton, DeKalb, Crisp, Cobb, Rockdale and Forsyth
