What You Will Do:
- Evaluate processes, anticipate requirements, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions.
- Map business processes and uncover areas for improvement.
- Develop new visualizations and applications using Palantir tools and the Microsoft Power Apps Suite.
- Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Perform requirements analysis and document results.
- Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management.
- Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure alignment.
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
- Update, implement, and maintain existing procedures and deliverables.
- Manage competing priorities and resources to meet deadlines.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
What You Will Need:
- A currently ACTICE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree, an additional FOUR (4) years or more of relevant experience may be used in lieu of bachelor's degree
- FOUR (4) years of professional experience
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience using Palantir or MAVEN Smart Systems
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, DAX, PowerFx
- Experience with DoD projects
- Past work in mapping, intelligence, or geospatial analysis
- Familiarity with transportation management systems
- Experience with large-scale IT deployments
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies or project management certifications (e.g., PMP)
- Experience in a client-facing role, gathering requirements and delivering software solutions
