What You Will Do:

• Evaluate processes, anticipate requirements, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions.
• Map business processes and uncover areas for improvement.
• Develop new visualizations and applications using Palantir tools and the Microsoft Power Apps Suite.
• Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Perform requirements analysis and document results.
• Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management.
• Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure alignment.
• Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
• Update, implement, and maintain existing procedures and deliverables.
• Manage competing priorities and resources to meet deadlines.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

What You Will Need:

• A currently ACTICE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree, an additional FOUR (4) years or more of relevant experience may be used in lieu of bachelor's degree
• FOUR (4) years of professional experience

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience using Palantir or MAVEN Smart Systems
• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, DAX, PowerFx
• Experience with DoD projects
• Past work in mapping, intelligence, or geospatial analysis
• Familiarity with transportation management systems
• Experience with large-scale IT deployments
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies or project management certifications (e.g., PMP)
• Experience in a client-facing role, gathering requirements and delivering software solutions
