Deliverables/Principal Results Expected

  • Train, coach, and supervise Needs Assessment Coordinators (NAC).
  • Carries out the personnel management activities associated with direct staff supervision, including screening and selection, orientation training and development, performance management and employee functions.
  • Actively cultivate and manage relationships with staff and referral partners
  • Support NAC by taking calls during high volume times.
  • Successfully work with other departments across the organization.
  • Ensure accuracy of bed management software related to bed availability and/or scheduling
  • Hold coordinators accountable to standard defined for their role
  • Monitor quality by evaluating coordinator documentation and phone calls.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for all NAC job related duties
  • Handle on-call work, as delegated
  • Deliver key data in an actionable format.
  • Furthers team's abilities and knowledge in order to ensure an industry leading admissions team
  • Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours
  • Other duties as assigned

Technical Competency:
Completes data collection, aggregation, analysis and reporting for purposes of supporting changes in systems/processes pathways, identifies quality concerns and directs to appropriate resource for resolution, identifies potential risk

Education, Experience
Bachelor degree or higher in a human services field preferred. Experience in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting. Previous management experience preferred.
