What You'll Do:
As a Field Manager, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly, safely, and on time. You'll be the driving force behind team productivity, safety compliance, and client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to lead dynamic teams in a fast-paced environment while making a direct impact on project success.

Key Highlights:
- Leadership: Manage and supervise field personnel to ensure efficient execution of tasks, adherence to company policies, and high performance across job sites.
- Project Management: Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring safety and quality standards are met while staying on schedule.
- Safety Focus: Uphold OSHA safety standards and promote a culture of safety across all job sites.
- Performance Management: Conduct annual reviews for field personnel, providing feedback and setting goals for growth and improvement. Make recommendations on promotions, transfers, salary actions, hiring, disciplinary discussions, and terminations.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for field clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and support field personnel to foster growth and enhance performance.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as needed or assigned to support overall company operations.

What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of supervisory experience in construction or demolition, including at least 5 years of team management experience.
- A proven leader who can manage multiple projects and teams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

-Bilingual is plus

Must be a US citizen and be able to access federal projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66, $80,928.00 per year
