You will be the central point of support, ensuring that my professional life runs smoothly while also managing key aspects of my personal, volunteer, and community commitments. The ideal candidate is a master of logistics, a clear communicator, and someone who takes pride in providing seamless support.
This is an in-person job in our Everett office.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional & Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize my work calendar, preventing conflicts and ensuring all commitments are met.
- Coordinate all aspects of work-related travel, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Manage and organize online files in Google Drive.
- Perform general office duties, including organizing files, managing correspondence, and fulfilling special requests.
- Take notes in meetings, track the action items required of each person, and follow up to ensure the tasks are completed.
- Act as a professional representative on my behalf when necessary.
- This position may require some work outside of regular working hours.
Personal & Family Support:
- Manage personal and family calendars, including scheduling medical/dental appointments for myself and my children. Maintaining and tracking family medication pick-ups and ordering.
- Coordinate veterinary appointments and other needs for our dogs.
- Handle various personal tasks and errands to help streamline household management.
Community & Volunteer support:
- Provide administrative and organizational support for my volunteer work.
- Assist with campaign-related activities for a candidate I am supporting, which may include scheduling, organizing materials, and communication tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Utmost discretion and a deep understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
- Proficiency with modern office software and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for running errands.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
