Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team and contribute to various building projects. The ideal candidate will assist with site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks to ensure smooth project progress. Responsibilities

• Assist with site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools as needed
• Prepare construction sites by digging trenches, setting up scaffolding, or assisting with demolition tasks
• Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary assistance during construction activities
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of temporary structures or equipment on-site

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability with a focus on safety and teamwork
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation to job sites
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
