Job Description:
The Accounting Manager/Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations for all WCW Corporation casino properties. This position plays a critical role in ensuring full compliance with the State of Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) regulations, internal controls, minimum accounting standards, and all applicable financial reporting requirements.
Core responsibilities include:
- Directing the company's accounting functions across all casino locations
- Ensuring all financial activities comply with NGCB regulations and internal control procedures
- Establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and standards specific to regulated gaming operations
- Overseeing property-level financial reporting, audits, and daily gaming revenue reconciliation processes
- Leading, training, and mentoring accounting staff
- Preparing year-end financial statements, property financial analyses, and completing special projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card
- Effective leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multi-property operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaboratively as part of a team
Education and Experience:
- College degree in Accounting, or a minimum of five years of accounting/management experience (casino or regulated gaming environment preferred)
- Strong understanding of economic and accounting principles

Pay: $60, $100,000.00 per year
