Summary
0812's Office Manager position is a vital role responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations
Administrative Tasks:
- Vehicle maintenance Management
- Regular maintenance appointments, claims, insurance renewal, milage tracking and reporting
- Office supplies/building cleaner coordinating
- Organizing/coordinating staff events (2-3 per year)
- Shop/inventory management
- Tool management/ordering/tracking
- Data entry (invoices, bills, Purchase orders)
- Reviewing employee hours
- Reporting and documentation support for management
- Manage charge accounts and report to accounting department
- Sub trade payment distribution
HR Tasks:
- Hiring (first filter for potential hires)
- Creating job postings
- First phone call interview with potential new hires.
- Onboarding new employees and offboarding exiting employees.
- Benefits Management
- Apprenticeship Program Management
Social Media:
- Social media management
- Collecting photographs from rest of team to post.
- Managing comments, messages, tags etc.
- Coordinating professional photographers and graphic designers at end of each project:
Salary/Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 based on full time work: (Part time may be available)
- Health Benefits will be presented to you for you to opt in or out after 3 month probation period (0812 contributes 50%)
- 3 weeks paid vacation inclusive of a one week shut down at Winter Break
- 5 personal/Sick days per year
- 3 Bereavement Days per year
- Reimbursement of personal phone ($40/month)
