Our client, an environmental and engineering consulting firm serving Williston, VT, is seeking an
Environmental Project Manager
to join their team. As an
Environmental Project Manager
, you will be part of the project management department supporting environmental remediation and site investigation teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$75,000 - $110,000 yearly

What's the Job?

  • Manage environmental projects from initial planning through execution and closure
  • Oversee remedial system design and implementation (e.g., SVE, ISCO, pump & treat)
  • Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
  • Lead subsurface investigations including drilling, sampling, and hydrogeological studies
  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and regulatory documentation

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or site remediation
  • Proficiency in site characterization, remedial technologies, and regulatory compliance
  • PE or PG license (or eligibility)
  • Familiarity with VT DEC, EPA, and ASTM regulations
  • Experience with GIS, AutoCAD, or environmental modeling tools
  • OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
