Busy CEO in search of experienced Admin Assistant/Event Coordinator.

Responsibilities
- Work with clients to plan, propose, and book events in a timely manner.
- Coordinate event execution to include transportation, setup, and breakdown of florals, arches, props, and other hard good rentals at event venues.
- Perform a range of administrative duties, including phone and e-mail management, report preparation, and VIP and Corporate correspondents.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience with event logistics, timelines, and coordination in a very fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, event planners, and other vendors
- Ability to adapt to unexpected changes and find creative solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates ability to identify problems, analyze situations, generate solutions, and implement effective strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), PDF docs, SharePoint, and One-drive. Experience with digital marketing, photo, and proposal software a plus.
