Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Logistic Specialist to support our daily logistics operations, including order management, order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping and receiving.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and eager to learn and grow within the position.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

· Monitor the full lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely progression through each stage.

· Review customer purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.

· Identify when customer purchase orders need corrections and request updates as necessary.

· Maintain accurate documentation of all order activities.

Order Fulfillment & Processing

· Enter and process sales orders and purchase orders into internal software.

· Verify product availability and coordinate delivery schedules.

· Pick products and pack shipments.

· Prepare required documentation (shipping labels, packing lists, commercial invoices, etc.)

· Follow documented procedures and work instructions for accurate order processing

Shipping & Receiving

· Complete domestic and international shipments.

· Receive incoming products, verify accuracy, and complete labeling and storage requirements.

Inventory Control

· Receive, label, organize, and store inventory following documented processes.

· Participate in inventory cycle counts and contribute to resolving discrepancies.

· Maintain real-time inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED

· Logistics, order processing, or inventory experience a plus but not required.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.

· Strong communication skills.

· Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
