About the Role

As a Driver/Mover at CSS Office Solutions, you play a
critical role in our logistics and commercial/office furniture delivery services You will
be responsible for driving a 5-ton truck with (or without) air brakes, loading, securing,
and delivering furniture/components, as well as assisting with moving and installation projects at
client locations. This role is strictly for experienced 5ton drivers who meet our min. requirements.

What You Must Have

• Minimum
  5 years of verified experience driving a 5-ton truck with air brakes in a
  commercial setting.
• Valid
  Class 5 driver's license (no GDL) with a clean driver's abstract (no
  suspensions or violations).
• Air
  brake endorsement (Q endorsement) required.
• Strong
  knowledge of securing loads safely for transport.
• Physical
  ability to lift and move up to 75+ lbs safely.
• Experience
  navigating downtown Calgary and surrounding areas , including
  loading docks and tight delivery locations.
• Flexible
  availability (days, evenings, weekends as required).
• Legally
  eligible and available to work in Canada.

Bonus Qualifications (Preferred, but Not Required)

• Familiarity
  with office furniture moves and installations.
• Own a basic set of hand tools

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Operating
  a 5-ton truck with air brakes for deliveries and pickups.
• Loading
  and unloading material and equipment at various sites.
• Wrapping,
  padding, and securing items in a moving truck.
• Delivering
  office furniture and equipment to client locations.
• Working
  and navigating throughout downtown Calgary and surrounding areas.
• Assisting
  the crew with moving or adjusting furniture products.
• Loading
  and moving existing items between buildings.
• Performing
  multiple pick-ups and deliveries.
• Conducting
  vehicle maintenance and daily safety procedures to ensure trucks are ready for
  delivery.

Compensation

• Starting
  wage of $20.00/hour , with potential earnings up to $27.00/hour  (plus overtime pay) based on driving experience and commercial/office furniture knowledge .
