We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to support our team with administrative tasks, data entry, documentation, and day-to-day coordination. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with systems, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring accuracy across all assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately input, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and manage digital and physical records for easy access and retrieval.
- Report Preparation: Generate routine reports using predefined templates and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Support calendar management, meeting scheduling, and basic logistical arrangements.
- Compliance Support: Ensure all documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Basic Data Checks: Perform simple data validations such as checking for missing or incorrect information.
- Communication: Respond to internal inquiries and provide clerical support across various departments.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of data systems and digital documentation workflows
Required Experience
Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or data entry roles
