Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Account Executive - Commercial Insurance in our Burlington, Ontario office (hybrid). You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business and acting as an advisor to foster valued relationships with our commercial clients. Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $80,000-$112,000 based on a 37.5-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
 
Westland also offers a competitive commission for this role.

Deep understanding and solid knowledge of Commercial Lines
Minimum 5 years' Commercial Lines experience and RIBO License

Cultivate client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service
Uncover challenges and analyze the risks to prioritize the product/ service requirements
Develop marketing submissions, proposals and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate the best terms and conditions on behalf of our clients
